Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BLV Flows ("the Service"), a customer-engagement automation platform for Shopify merchants operated by BLV Flows ("we", "us"). By creating an account, connecting a Shopify store, or otherwise using the Service, you ("Merchant") agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
BLV Flows provides:
- Automated email and WhatsApp messaging triggered by Shopify events (abandoned cart, order, cancellation, birthday, etc.)
- AI-assisted customer-support conversations
- Manual broadcast messaging
- Analytics and reporting
- A super-admin tier for invited operators
3. Subscription & pricing
Pricing is in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) across three plan tiers:
- Single Flow — 8,000 EGP / month
- Growth Bundle — 12,000 EGP / month
- Full Stack — 20,000 EGP / month
New accounts begin with a 14-day money-back guarantee. Cancellation within 14 days of upgrading is eligible for a full refund.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use BLV Flows to:
- Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) to recipients who have not given consent
- Violate Meta's WhatsApp Business Solutions Terms or Commerce Policy
- Violate Shopify's Acceptable Use Policy or Privacy Policy
- Send messages to recipients who have opted out (STOP keyword, unsubscribe link)
- Promote illegal goods or services, hate speech, or harmful content
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to circumvent the Service
Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund. We reserve the right to share evidence of platform abuse with Meta, Shopify, or law-enforcement authorities where required.
5. Customer data
Merchants are the data controller for their Customer data. BLV Flows acts as a data processor on the Merchant's instructions. See our Privacy Policy for details on collection, use, sharing, retention, and Customer rights.
6. Third-party services
To deliver the Service, we integrate with Shopify, Meta WhatsApp Cloud API, Resend, OpenRouter, Supabase, Vercel, and Upstash. Merchants are responsible for connecting their own Shopify store, their own WhatsApp Business Account, and accepting each provider's terms when prompted by their respective onboarding flows.
7. Intellectual property
BLV Flows, the BLV Flows logo, and all software, designs, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. Merchants retain ownership of their store content, brand assets, and Customer data. Merchants grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the Service.
8. Availability
We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime but the Service is provided on an "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (Meta, Shopify, Resend, OpenRouter, etc.), and force-majeure events may interrupt the Service.
9. Disclaimer & liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Egyptian law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the fees paid by the Merchant in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Termination
Merchants may cancel at any time from the Billing page; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We may terminate immediately for material breach of these Terms. On termination, Customer data is deleted within 30 days unless the Merchant exports it via the dashboard's data-export tool first.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance via email and the dashboard. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt.
